A.  Meeting Items

  1. The CIS By-Laws were reviewed and updated
    1. A draft was prepared and sent to the ExCom for comments. Comments to be submitted within next few weeks.
    2. Major Change - Moving the calendar to Jan - Dec from July - June as required by the Regional Advisory Board (RAB).
  2. Combining Power Engineering Society with the Executive Committee meeting.
  3. Bloomington subsection activity.
