A. Meeting Items
- Newsletter Articles - All officers of the CIS are to submit an article monthly fro insertion into the Reporter. The article to be of subject material related to Electrical Engeneering. The deadline for submission of articles is the 15th of each month. Articles can be sent to Shelley Born, sborn@Cinergy.com and Bob Evanich, bevanich@cinergy.com
- The Reporter - David Redding and Ken Reid will meet with Shelley Born to find out if and when she wants to get together to talk about the Recorder.
- CIS-IEEE Website - Bob Evanich to propose outsource agreement for CIS web page development and maintenance.
- The Reporter Advertising - Steve Clouse to give advertising rates for the reporter.
- Region 4 Meeting - Approval of slides for Norbert Viranyi to resent to the Region 4 meeting.
- Rose Hulman Student Chapter - Still pursuing set up date for IEEE Advantage speaker. Meeting proposed for March 27, 2000.
- Joint meeting with IUPUI student chapter is still being pursued.
- Joint meeting with Purdue Student Chapter on February 21.
- CIS-IEEE Voicemail - Information about the CIS-IEEE can now be heard by dialing 317-263-6495.

- CIS-IEEE Travel Policy - Ken Reid to use Region 4 travel policy as a template for CIS travel policy.
- IUPUI Robotics Club - Paul Stence and Vadim Gitman of the IUPUI Robotics Club presented their current project and gave an update on their activities to EXCOM. After presentation, monies were approved for the Robotics Club.
